L & N Train Station Couples Session | Clarksville Couples Photographer | Kelley + Lincoln

On a freezing cold Saturday morning, I met up with Kelley and Lincoln at the L & N Train Station in downtown Clarksville. They were troopers and endured the 23 degree weather for our couples session and you wouldn't even know they were cold from their images! These two were dream clients! They were easy to work with, showed up looking ADORABLE as you will see in their photos, and were flexible when the crazy Tennessee weather flooded our first location and we had to make a last minute switch to the train station (which I think ended up being a huge win because it was a fantastic spot to shoot!).

As we explored the train station we chatted about how they first met, at a lifeguard certification class while learning CPR, and my aquatic heart sang inside. Before I left my day job to be with the kiddos, I taught lifeguarding classes and ran aquatic facilities. Believe it or not, they are not the only couple I know to have met in a lifeguard class and end up together. 30+ hours of close contact training while wearing swimsuits certainly can make sparks fly!

Kelley and Lincoln have been married 18 months, but due to Lincoln's military schedule and Kelley finishing up nursing school they were not able to have an engagement session before their wedding. While I love a good engagement session (all the giggles and excitement that go along with upcoming nuptials), shooting with couples who are already married is so fun for me. They know the ins and outs of each other, they know how to make each other smile the biggest, and the way they look into each other's eyes is like magic because they know just what it means to someone's other half. AND married couples sometimes forget about doing things just the two of them once they start a family so its fun for me to be able to spoil them and give them all those romantic, sweet, and passionate images of just the two of them.

I'm so glad these two cuties toughed out the cold and trusted me on a last minute venue change because we had fun and were able to get some sweet images for them. Thanks Kelley and Lincoln!
